  • Access to Accounts: You will provide us with the necessary permissions to access your digital accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, WordPress, etc.) to carry out the services.
  • Content: You are responsible for supplying any content or assets (such as logos, text, images, etc.) required for campaigns or projects.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Our pricing is outlined in the service agreement or proposal. Fees may vary based on the services and project scope.
  • Invoicing: Invoices will be issued per the agreed payment schedule (monthly, upon completion, etc.).
  • Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to an additional fee or suspension of services until payment is received.
  • Refunds: Payments for services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

4. Term & Termination

  • Agreement Duration: The initial term of the agreement (e.g., 3 months, 6 months) will be specified in the service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided. Both parties agree to not disclose any confidential information related to the business and operations of the other party without prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Agency-Owned Assets: Any proprietary content, methodologies, or tools created or owned by NK Leadify before or during the service will remain the intellectual property of NK Leadify.
  • Client-Owned Assets: Any content provided by the client (such as branding, logos, product images, etc.) will remain the client’s property, and NK Leadify will not claim ownership.

7. Performance & Results

While we use the best tools, strategies, and tactics to achieve the client’s digital marketing goals, NK Leadify does not guarantee specific results (e.g., specific ROI, conversion rates, or search engine rankings). Performance is dependent on various factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competition, and market trends.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability: NK Leadify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, etc.).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NK Leadify harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our services, including any violations of third-party rights.

We may modify these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will take effect immediately after posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
